FMJ works with Northwestern U.’s Infolab on realtime news application
Full Mental Jacket has collaborated with Northwestern University’s Intelligent Information Laboratory to create realtime, avatar-based news application NEWS AT SEVEN.
NEWS AT SEVEN is an online application that allows users to build personalized news programming hosted by animated characters that report the day’s news as well as creating in depth special segments.
FMJ provided three virtual sets for the project which will be used to create several different news centers, each focusing on its own news niche. The segments will include Headline News, Entertainment, Sports and Technology and Innovation.
"NEWS AT SEVEN represents the cutting edge in news production and we wanted to be a part of it.", said FMJ’s Creative Director Ronen Lasry.
FMJ and the NEWS AT SEVEN team are continuing to work to refine the application. For more news on the project please visit newsatseven.com.
