Institute of Creative Technologies (ICT), a US Army funded graphics and VR research facility headed by Paul Debevec licensed virtual sets and creative services from FMJ for a promotional video talking about the mission and cutting-edge graphic and 3D technologies being developed at ICT. The program was hosted by Carl Weathers.
